Weyrfolk -Brats: 0. Children must be given an allowance from parents. -Drudges: 1-3. Determined by Headwoman depending on skills and contrubition of each individual. -The Headwoman: 8
Holders - Resident: Varies. Earned through work and selling/trading of goods. 1-5 is the norm, with 1 being someone barely eeking out a living, to 5 being a very successful farmer/worker, likely working directly for the Lord himself. -Lord Holder: Varies on success of Hold. OOC, considered unlimited, within reason. -Any Holder’s Wife: Has to get it from her husband
Crafters -Apprentice: 1 -Journey(wo)man: 4 -Master: 8 - THE Mastercrafter: 11
Dragonriders -Candidate: 1 -Weyrling: 2 -Wingrider: 3 -Wingsecond/Assistant Weyrlingmaster: 5 -Wingleader/Weyrlingmaster/Jr. Weyrwoman: 8 -Weyrleader: 15 -Weyrwoman: 19
Wherhandlers -Candidate: 1 -Wherhandler: 5 -Queenhandler: 13
Salaries will be compounded based on each rank or skill a character has. IE: A journeyman working for the lord holder might earn 4 for his craft rank and another 5 from the Lord Holder for services rendered. If a character of apprentice or candidate rank chooses to withdraw from this position, they earn no further marks. Dragonriders, regardless of any previous station, earn the marks of their current rank (IE: A former Weyrleader would no longer earn 15 marks, but only that for the duty they now perform). A retired crafter of Journeyman rank or higher will earn half of their former salary.
